This beautifully renovated studio / 1 bedroom apartment has a WOW view of the: bay, the entry to the marina, the BIG Yacht parking and the Fishing lodge courtyard and Concert arena. The apartment is furnished with a king sized bed and a pull out sleeper sofa. In its kitchen it has a full sized refrigerator (not a mini like most other units) and a washer / drier.
