Seasonal items are unavailable during fall/winter. We do have access to trails if you’d like to bring your own snowshoes,cross country skis,snowmobile or ATV.

Relax year-round in the private hot tub, or enjoy the beautiful Saint John River system with access to a seasonal dock. During winter, take advantage of direct access to the NB Skidoo snowmobile trails!

You will love this modern four season cottage on Grand Lake, NB. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck watching the waves on the lake across the road, or take a stroll to your beach access only a short 3 minute walk down the lane! The cottage is equipped with Wi-fi, Smart TV Roku, BBQ and fire table. Walk inside to a spacious open concept kitchen and living room equipped with a chaise/fifth bed! Three bedrooms accessed from the living room with the bathroom accessed from the kitchen area.

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

The May Queen

Located in the quiet riverside village of Gagetown, The May Queen is named after one of the many steamboats that once sailed the Saint John/Woolastook River. Built in 1860 as the manse for the Methodist church, the rooms are large and bright, inviting guests to stay and enjoy the tranquil environment of the house and gardens, talk a walk iun the village, or enjoy a paddle on the river.
