This condo is perfectly located just steps from the village center, offering easy access to everything Smuggs has to offer. The condo is dog-friendly so you can bring along your 4 legged friend to keep you company. Sleeps up to six with a queen bed upstairs, two twin beds downstairs, and a queen pull-out couch.

Property consists of our primary residence with the rental being a separate and private "mother in law" home.

We are 5 minutes from Smuggler's Notch Ski area. 4 VT ski areas are close; Stowe 40 minutes, Sugarbush 70 minutes, Jay Peak 52 minutes & Bolton Valley 50 minutes. We are conveniently located within 45 mins of 3 great ski - snowboard mountains, a water park, zip lining, wineries, breweries, and shopping. A 10 minute walk will get you to The Long Trail, to do some hiking. The Lamoille Valley Rail Trail is another great trail for walking and biking. Vermont also has over 100 covered bridges for you to explore. Our guest house is the perfect little spot to call home while in Vermont. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet of our county setting.

When morning comes, enjoy your coffee while cozied up in front of the fireplace or stay in bed and take in the views. And with plenty of woods to explore, it's your perfect escape at your pace.

This is a spacious self contained unit with its own entrance in a beautiful VT lodge right next to Smugglers' Notch Resort. Enjoy air conditioning, a gas fireplace & a large private deck w grill. Many things to do nearby all seasons. Minutes from hiking "The Notch" and the Long Trail. 15-20 minutes to dining in Stowe in the summer and fall seasons. In the winter months you will need to take a 50 min detour around the mountain to Stowe. Enjoy cooking in a warm, well appointed kitchen.

The Book Barn: Newly Renovated Guesthouse

Enjoy all Vermont has to offer in this bright, airy space minutes away from Burlington and the mountains. On 14 acres with a brook, it’s a short walk down a dirt road to a historic covered bridge and town common. Fall colors are breathtaking when taken in from the barn deck, while Spring and Summer visitors enjoy free concerts on the town green on Sundays. Spectacular sunsets and hot air balloons are familiar sights. It doesn’t get much more Vermonty. *Note: No Cleaning Fee!

Your Vermont adventures await with Smugglers Notch Resort 6 minutes away and Stowe 15 mins (50 mins in winter). Need a slower pace? Soak in the natural surroundings in the open living room, while catching up on your book or doing a puzzle. The condo is part of Smugglers Notch Resort. The condo is in an excellent location - a three minute walk to the Village Center and the Village Ski Lift. Hiking and outdoor adventure a short walk away. The unit is an updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with full kitchen, dining and living room areas. Please note that the condo does not have air conditioning. Due to the condo being in the mountains, it is very comfortable with average temperatures in the low 60s each night
