Little Red Cabin

Peaceful location in the Greene/Sullivan Forest. Within 2 miles of over 30 stripper pits for some of the best fishing in southwest Indiana. Also excellent for a nice couple's get-a-way from the hustle and bustle of the city. This cabin is located in the forest so cell service can be very poor. I do have a cell phone booster on the fireplace which helps a little bit if you stand in front of it, but be aware that cell phone service is poor. Also keep in mind that we do not have Wi-Fi available.

There is hiking nearby at Hoosier NF and Milwaukee Trail. Great home base if you are going to IU football game, French Lick or just want to get away for a relaxing weekend. Lots of golfing near by. Limestone bluff overlooks the White River 125 ft. below cabin porch. There is a patio plus a fire pit.

This home is situated on the river, offering a private setting with quick access to other amenities. It’s only 5 miles to I70, 3 miles to Indiana State University, 7 miles to Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, and 6 miles to Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College. Captain Bill’s Lake House/seasonal swimming pool

Captain Bill’s Lake House. This majestic A-frame is at the entrance to the Cataract Lake boat ramp. The house will accommodate up to 7 guests, with three bedrooms and two full baths. All guests have full access to Captain Bill’s shared heated pool and surrounding gardens. Boat parking is provided on the property, inquire for details. Heated pool is seasonal beginning Mid May through September.
