The Cozy Island Home sits on a half acre in a quiet neighborhood between historic downtown (1 mile to downtown connector bridge), and Folly Beach ( 3 miles to Folly Beach). There's no hotels on James Island which is the only connection to the beach. So, if you're looking to get close to Folly Beach, without the noise or paying hundreds of dollars per night, we'd be honored to host you. Our home is safe, quiet, cozy and deeply grounding. The suite was built in 2023, and includes a multitude of amenities for your perfect trip. With beautiful floor to ceiling windows, the view has sweeping oaks and mature magnolias, setting the scene for your Southern getaway.

This rustic 1940's beach bungalow was updated with modern appliances, brand new luxury bathroom, art, surfboards, 60" 4K smart TV ready for your subscriptions, stereo with bluetooth, and a huge outdoor shower. Guests love the privacy of having a secluded, full-sized property with great outdoor spaces, parking, and a short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants- for the same rate as a noisy condo. A retreat for guests that want a true old school folly vibe.

Palm Key - Cozy Coastal Cottage

This is a pet friendly, cozy and comfortable cottage on James Island that is just 5 miles from historic and scenic downtown Charleston and only 6 miles to Folly Beach. Spend time in this wonderful city in a place that feels like home. Recently renovated home includes full kitchen, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, fully fenced back yard, and covered parking. Driveway will easily accommodate 4 vehicles or there is room to park a boat trailer should you decide to bring your own boat. $85 per pet(2 max)

Island Bungalow, located on Bowens Island, a one bedroom 400 sq ft stand alone cottage on the Folly River as part of the owners property with deep water dock with sunset views. Fishing/crabbing/boating/paddle boarding/kayaking available right on the island. Cottage is nestled among mature oak and palm trees for that relaxing island ambiance. Sunny Spot on Ocean View

This cozy guest house is located on Ocean View Road, which is a dead end. A quick down walk down the road and you will see Clark Sound and the Morris Island Lighthouse. The private driveway will easily accomodate your vehicle as well as a boat trailer should you decide to bring your own boat. Sunny Spot is 7 miles from Folly Beach and about 7 miles from downtown Charleston. It is also very close to John's Island where some excellent restaurants and breweries can be found.

This newly built carriage house is separate from the main house. The cottage is about 1,200 sqft so it very open and spacious and great views of marsh and our tidal creek. We have a separate work area with desk and a massive dinning table if you need more room to work or to gather with friends. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, massive shower, the list goes on.
