There's no hotels on James Island which is the only connection to the beach. So, if you're looking to get close to Folly Beach, without the noise or paying hundreds of dollars per night, we'd be honored to host you. Our home is safe, quiet, cozy and deeply grounding. It’s 7min from downtown and 10min from Folly Beach. Perfect central location on James Island to everything Charleston has to offer. Our lovely 4 bedroom/2 bath home is perfectly located in the heart of the James Island neighborhood. Drive 10 minutes to Downtown Charleston and 8 minutes to Folly Beach. Enjoy plenty of space, as well as great beds (2 kings, 2 queens) and a stocked kitchen. The home is very clean and has a front porch to relax on, as well as a large backyard with a fire pit. There are many amenities like great WiFi, full size mirrors and a washer and dryer. You can bring up to 2 cars and park in the driveway.
