U blizini predivnih plaža (Jadranovo, Selce, Crikvenica, Dramalj, Kostrena) na svega 7-12 minuta vožnje. Za doći do plaža koje ostavljaju bez daha (Oprna, Zala, Baška, Mošćenička draga) treba oko 45 minuta vožnje. Zbog pozicije interesantan je lovcima i ribolovcima.

On the first floor there is spacious living room with TV, 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom. 2 bedrooms are in the loft. There is a small gym in the groundfloor with bathroom. Outdoors you will find a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, barbecue, dining area and a Jacuzzi in the middle of the garden.

Each apartment extends over an entire floor. The area of ​​one apartment is 85 m2. Each apartment looks almost identical and is equipped in the same way. Each apartment consists of a kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a spacious balcony. Each apartment is rented separately on Airbnb.

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.
