El apt. esta remodelado y completamente amueblado, queda en el piso 9 y tiene balcon con una vista preciosa del mar. Tiene 2 acondicionadores de aire, 2 abanicos de techo, cocina completamente equipada con nevera completa, tope de estufa en cristal, cafetera, licuadora, tostadora y todos los utensilios de concina que necesite. En la habitacion hay una cama tamaño "queen", 2 mesas de noche y un " walk-in closet" con puerta de espejo. 1 habitacion con aire acondicionado y walking closet, En la sala duermen comodas 3 personas en el futon de tamaño doble y uno sencillo, hay un juego de comedor para 6 personas,Hay internet Wi-Fi, y televisor con cable TV, tambien incluye plancha y tabla para planchar. El apartamento tiene un estacionamiento asignado y el edificio tiene seguridad 24/7. Hay una piscina grande donde puede relajarse y disfrutar del sol. Hay laundromat en el mesanie. El edificio esta en zona turistica y esta siempre muy limpio y es seguro. El edificio queda a solo 5 minutos del aeropuerto, a 15 minutos del casco antiguo de San Juan, Condado y sitios históricos. El edificio esta frente a los Hoteles San Juan e Intercontinental, caminando de Ritz Carlton, Verdanza y Embassy Suites. Todo lo que necesita esta cerca, Disfrute de casinos, restaurantes y restaurantes de comida rapida, bailar, casinos... . Si decide tomar transportacion publica hacia el Viejo San Juan, y Condado, la parada del autobus esta al cruzar del edificio. Tambien hay "taxis" durante todo el dia y la noche. El supermercado y farmacia Walgreens abre 24/7 y tambien esta caminando del edificio. Sugerimos rentar automovil en Charlie, Ace o Allied que estan caminando del edificio y tienen muy buenas ofertas, tienen transportacion del aeropuerto.
