Your safety and comfort, privacy and peace of mind are my top priorities as your host. This studio space has a private entrance from the side of the garage. It was refurbished January 2020 and contains all you need for a comfortable stay. We’re tucked away on a 1.5 acre forest property which backs onto Hogtown Creek. 10 minutes drive to downtown or UF and less than 5 minute walk to stores and restaurants.

Tom Petty Park at the end of our street includes playground, vollleyball net, tennis courts, dog park etc. Gainesville Bike Trail entrance just 1/2 mile from house. Private entrance to guesthouse with shared brick courtyard and parking.
