A quiet & serene, safe retreat perfect for shaded walking, running, or biking. Your guests are welcome, however, they are not allowed to stay overnight. Please, no exceptions made without penalty.

Easy access to activities such as the hike/bike trail, golfing, a walk through the tree shaded neighborhood, shopping, MSU and the downtown district. Or if you are needing a little R&R kick back and enjoy the flat screen TV to watch YouTube TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Paramount+ and more. Great for a quick business trip, weekend get away, a place to stay when visiting your college student or the HHH Bike Ride.

This unique apartment was built in 1925 and is located behind the main house that was built for a Kell sister, which is a well known name in Wichita. You will have to go up stairs to get to the unit. The apartment is upstairs with a spacious sitting area and bedroom all in one. It has a large kitchen area with all the cooking amenities needed. Bathroom has a tub/ shower and is set up for all your needs. This Rustic Ranch is in a nice neighborhood and close to downtown, Sheppard Air Force.

It is 1.8 miles (6 minutes) from MSU. It is 3 miles (9 minutes) from MPEC.

Cozy Guest House

Welcome to a cozy guesthouse behind my home that is just a few miles from I-44, Sheppard AFB, United Regional and Kell West Regional Hospitals, and downtown Wichita Falls and MPEC. The guesthouse sleeps up to 4 persons in one room: queen bed (with memory foam mattress) and daybed/couch that converts to one or two twin beds (one is a trundle), both memory foam mattresses. Pets are welcome, but they need to be house trained and kept quiet, and there is a small pet fee.
