'Flat Oot' is a first floor, fully reburbished two kingsize bedroom apartment in the heart of Peebles. We are currently working on enclosing our garden area but it already has a bike storage unit and picnic table. Directly outside our private close you are spoilt with restaurants, bars, boutique shops and art galleries. The world renowned Glentress mountain bike venue and 'GoApe' are two miles away, beautiful walks into the local hills, salmon fishing and golf are all on the doorstep.

Welcome to Morningside, a traditional stone cottage in the heart of Innerleithen. The property is refurbished to a high standard and retains many original features, whilst providing all mod cons (free wi-fi, Bluetooth speaker, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Fridge). We are ideally situated for mountain biking at the 7Stanes mountain biking centres at Innerleithen and Glentress .We offer secure bike storage and bike washing facilities. Morningside has a patio and use of a shared garden.

Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms. The combined kitchen and social area is the perfect place for chilling out after a long day in the hills and the fully kitted out kitchen means you can get some hearty food on the go. Our bike room with full tool set is accessed from the house so you know your bike will be safe all night.

The Wee Trail House, Peebles & Glentress

The Wee Trail House is next-door to the main Trail House and was recently renovated to a high standard. The decor is warm, clean and relaxing throughout. A new kitchen was installed as well as a fresh modern bathroom. There are two bedrooms with king size zip and link beds which can be set up as double or twin rooms. The open plan kitchen, dining and living space is very sociable and the coffee table easily converts into a small or large dining table.
