Fishing docks and two swimming pools (one outside by the marina and a second heated indoor pool). Bring your water toys, fishing gear, and have fun! Walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and shopping.

The location is 7 miles to Port Aransas beach ferry and 10 minutes to Rockport shopping and dining. This is a fishing, duck hunting and bird watching paradise!
