Oma autopaikka lämpimässä autohallissa, minne pääsee hissillä. Rauhallinen talo ja hyvä leikkikenttä talon sisäpihalla. Aivan vieressä ovat visuaalisen taiteen museo Malva ja ravintolat Malskin Bistro, Kahiwa ja Ant Brew. Majoitu viihtyisästi upeassa yli 100 vuotta vanhassa talossa Vesijärven rannalla. Talossa on ilmastointi, wc, suihku ja keittiö. Yläkerrassa parisänky ja 110cm sohva-sänky. Alakerrassa erillinen makuuhuone, jossa on 2kpl 140cm leveitä parisänkyjä. Lisäksi oleskelutilassa on 100cm leveä sänky ja olohuoneen sohvalla voi majoittua 1-2 henkilöä.
