It has a large double bedroom, and small double bedroom and a room with a bunk bed. It is well known and often listed as one of the most scenic and lovely summer cottages in Iceland.

The property is a modern 4-bedroom villa on the bank of lake Apavatn & river Hólaá. Kayaks, fishing poles & permits included for guests. (Fishing is only permitted during summer). Cool Cottage close to Reykjavík - hot tub

The cottage is located on a farm, Kalastadir, only 55 km from Reykjavik. It can house up to 6 people. It´s close to the sea and you can see the seals play along the shore. There is a free WIFI and on the veranda is a private hot tub where you can soak while enjoying the view. It´s close to Glymur, the tallest waterfall in Iceland and the shore where the seals are. Since there is no light polution here as in towns and Reykjavík, it´s a good place to watch the Northern Lights.
