Nestled in-between the Montlake cut and the Seattle Yacht Club, this studio is near many parks, including the Arboretum, Portage Bay, and Japanese Gardens. Many trails surround the neighborhood, with shops, cafes, and the university close too. Lime Bikes, Ride Share (Car2Go & ReachNow), local buses and the Light Rail are all available in the neighborhood. Uber/Lyft/Taxis are easily accessible.

It has AC and heating. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shops.
