A newly renovated basement (30m2) with a separate entrance. The bathroom is 10m2 and has a large shower with different settings. The living/sleeping area is roughly 20m2 with high ceilings, heated floor and a TV with chromecast. The "kitchen" area has a fridge, sink, cooking top (for one pot) and a microwave oven. Free parking outside the apartment. 15 minute walk from city centre of Stavanger. The basement is under our house, so some degree of noise should be expected during the daytime (kids).

Transport with bus takes around 10 min to Stavanger and 3 min to Hundvåg. 5 min walk to the best bakery in Stavanger, Buøy Bakeri. Also possible to take a nice walk over the bridge to Stavanger to look at the nice view over the city and the fjords. The apartment is located on the island of Engøy, very close to the centre of Stavanger. The island has a bus stop where the no.1 bus will take you in to town and the trip only takes 7 minutes. There are expansive views that you can enjoy from the apartment. In one direction you will see the fjord and the mountains in the background and in another direction you see towards the centre of town and Gamle Stavanger.
