Come and stay in a quiet and private apartment above us on the second floor of our country home. This is a convenient location near Bolivar Missouri that is 1 mile from hwy 13, 4 miles from the hospital, 5 miles from SBU and 25 miles from Springfield. We are 20 minutes from Stockton Lake and 30 minutes from Lake Pomme de Terre with room for your boat. This is a large three bedroom unit with each room having a king bed with walk-in closet. There is a full kitchen and washer and dryer as well.

We are located less than a mile from Pittsburg State Park and Marina, where you can launch your boat and within walking distance (.2 miles) to Pittsburg Pub and Patio Grill and only 2 miles from the local grocery store.

This quiet little hidden gem is only 6.9 miles from Stockton Lake. Our new apartment is cozy and quiet yet only a block away from Kinfolk Market groceries, where you will find many delicious, homemade Items that locals have hand-crafted. Don't be too surprised if everyone you meet is friendly and unique. While you are out and about don't miss the darling little coffee shop next to that local market. If there are any needs the owners live next door and are ready to assist with anything.

This cozy cottage in the woods (completed in June 2017) is perfect for a couple seeking a romantic getaway, enjoying a honeymoon, or celebrating an anniversary. (The sofa is a full convertible bed, if others plan to share the 400+ sq. ft. space.) Located in the Lake Hill (formerly Shadow Lake) Golf Course neighborhood (course is currently closed) about a mile from the NW shores of beautiful Pomme de Terre Lake, and about 6 miles south of Lucas Oil Speedway.
