Located in Port Ritchey FL, the villa sleeps 8 with a Sunroom & Lanai sitting area, and a garage / gaming area for the kids. It’s north from the famous beaches in St. Petersburg, and 30mins to Tarpon Springs. Our home is centrally located and minutes away from restaurants, shopping and near by Hudson beach. Plus some of Florida's most famous springs with manatees and other wildlife's to see.

Paddle with manatees in our clear kayak, float on the lily pad mat, or unwind by the fire pit. With games inside and out, a hammock, and direct water access, it's the perfect escape—just off the main river, between the State Park and Roger’s Park.

Private bungalow on the Cotee River with a dock. Boat, bicycle and golf cart rentals are close. Located 3/4 mi from the open Gulf. The interior has a tiki hut feel, with bamboo throughout. 3 bbq's-gas, charcoal or smoker, fire pit and a picnic table overlooking the river. Tiki bar/restaurants within .5 mi. It's fun to kayak to them. 1 mile to downtown NPR has several new restaurants and bars. Beach chairs and beach towels are available. Free use of kayaks.
