Your accommodation is a 1 bedroom self contained unit (new 2017)sited on our property. Fully insulated and double glazed there is also a heat pump for your comfort. The deck attached to the unit is for your exclusive use Public transport , bus and train are within walking distance as are a wide choice of restaurants. There is easy access to SH1 (Motorway) in both directions North and South. We offer free off street parking. We are well off the main road so the property is both safe and quiet

The Fern Room - Private with Carpark & Breakfast

The Fern Room - a tranquil place to spend your Auckland holiday or work trip. Private use of bedroom/lounge, bathroom and courtyard for a maximum of two people. Less than four minutes to the train, the shops of Newmarket, and motorway on-ramps. The museum and domain are a short walk away and many guests like the walk into the city. My place is a 2 bedroom with queen bed in each room. Self contained with lounge and own bathroom. The BNB is downstairs in my family home. There is no kitchen in the bnb, only kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee machine. The laundry, I use when quests are not home. Close to restaurants, dining and the beach. You’ll love my place, the outdoors , and the quiet neighbourhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families, off street parking for the car.

The three Air BnB rooms are downstairs. The hosts are upstairs. The bedroom which faces north, is very sunny and light. There are two chairs with a coffee table in the bedroom. There is also a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster and sandwich press. There is a large table with 2 chairs in the kitchenette where you can eat and/or use your Laptop if you are working or you can use it for groceries etc There is a bathroom with toilet and shower There is a step up to the shower
