The Garden Apartment

This beautiful and private garden flat is situated in a quite close in the Withdean area of Brighton, it is a private and self contained apartment. It has parking and an EV charge point. It’s a short walk to Preston park and Preston Park station and is on a main bus route into Brighton with buses 5 and 5a running every 10 minutes. Please be aware, we are not central Brighton. It has its own entrance through to the garden, down 2 sets of steps with handrails and lights to the secluded apartment.

A self-contained 1-bedroom flat with its own entrance in an Edwardian seaside villa. Close to the beach, overlooking the Marina, with a seafront stroll to the city centre. Completely refurbished in 2021 including a new kitchen and ensuite shower room, the apartment sports a fabulous sea view and a lovely vista over the nearby South Downs National Park. The flat will comfortably sleep 4 people in a double bed in the bedroom with ensuite, and on a comfy sofabed in the bright and spacious lounge.

Enter the flat by a spiral staircase into a welcoming, warm and comfortable space. The flat has retro inspired furniture and furnishings throughout. The sitting/dining room is a warm blue with little pops of colour, and has a great view over the garden to relax and have breakfast with. The kitchen and bathroom have a quirky design, and are clean and fresh feeling, having all the amenities you need. My place is located on the first floor of the property it has stairs leading up to the front door. When inside there are stairs to reach flat. It is close to restaurants and bars, Please note, There is no parking at the flat, but there are options like"Park on my drive" via the internet to find spaces. There is a good selection of shops including 3 supermarkets, Laundry. Comfy small double bed, which has "Emma" memorymattress. Bedding and towels, soap and shower gel are provided.

Gorgeous modern furnished cabin in Steyning

The cabin is located on a 4 acre plot about 200m from our house with a view of a pond. We are a family with 2 friendly dogs and are there to help if needed but far enough away to give you privacy. Steyning high street is only 1 mile away from the property. Please note - the cabin works for 2 adults,2 children, 4 adults are a squeeze as the sleep sofa is 1.30 m wide. If you would like a birthday decoration as in the photos please let me know- this can be arranged at an extra charge.
