Gelegen op het kindvriendelijk Kijkduinpark, met binnenzwembad, 600 meter van het strand, 1 km via duinen naar de gezellige boulevard van Kijkduin, 9km naar het centrum van Den Haag, mooie fietsroutes naar Delft, Rotterdam, Hoek van Holland.

Our beach house is tastefully decorated, a house where the sun always shines and you quickly feel at home. South-facing garden with garden furniture. 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed. 1 small bedroom with 1 pers box spring and 1 pers folding bed. Above living room sleeping loft with small double bed. We think our house is suitable for max 5 people. Bathroom will be renovated in februari 2024. Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, Nespresso, airfryer and tostigrill and renewd in 2023.

The Yard is een fris appartement op 400 meter afstand van de boulevard. Als je op zoek bent naar een verblijf in hartje Scheveningen, dan is dit de plek voor jou! De strandtenten zijn op steenworp afstand en de Keizerstraat (winkelstraat) is om de hoek. Ik bied gratis parkeren in mijn garage aan. Het appartement is heel praktisch ingedeeld en er is slim gebruik gemaakt van de aanwezige ruimten. De douche cabine is aan de kleine kant (80x70), maar dit wordt gecompenseerd met een ruime keuken!

Airbnb changed their fee policy, 19% to be paid by the host now. This used to be paid by the booker/guest. Therefore we choose to add 12% management costs and split the fee between host and guest. 12% because airbnb charges a fee over the fee. It is a 1-room apartment of about 20-25m2 equipped with a living/sleeping area with double bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet. We offer a towel service, this means that your towels and tea towels will be changed every two days. The studio is located at the front of the building, if you look out of the window you can see the sea on the left and the center on the right.
