You'll have street parking permits as well as access to the garage to store bicycles and other important items. We don't provide access to the garage for automobiles due to the risk of providing garage door opener and tight corner for parking (you'll see what we mean). I’m here if you need me. Sense the industrial past of this location by the old train tracks in the center of downtown. Go for a run in the nearby waterfront park, with shops, restaurants, and breweries also nearby. Hit the ski slopes at Mount Hood, only 30 minutes away. Parking for our loft is best just right on the street. We offer meter passes for street parking. It is very important to remember to return these passes upon your departure so the next guests will also have free parking. There is a fine for losing or leaving with the parking passes and not returning them to the loft upon your check out. Walking distance to everything in downtown Hood River and the Columbia River. Great cafes, breweries, wine tasting rooms, and restaurants just minutes away. Double Mountain Brewery and Full Sail Brewery are a block away.

Three floor, 1800 SQFT townhouse has high end finishes throughout and view of Columbia River. Just blocks from downtown core. The primary suite, second bedroom and bathroom are on the second floor. 3rd bedroom and living space on 3rd floor. 50 AMP NEMA 14-50 plug in 2 or 3 car tandem garage for charging. Two night minimum, this may be adjusted to more days around holidays and to prevent "orphaned" days. HOA does not allow one night. AirBNB will add city, state and county taxes. STR #551.

Our sweet cottage with its Mt. Adams view comes with a large yard perfect for children, dogs & bar-b-ques. Bordering a city park, it's located on a peaceful neighborhood street, with pool, tennis courts, bakery and restaurants just 2 blocks away! The cottage is set up for 2 people, but has a full-size futon on an enclosed sun porch that can accommodate 2 more for an extra $10/night fee (cold in winter). We are happy to host your dog for a $20 pet fee, payable via AIRBNB.

We are a stone's throw from Society Hotel and Spa and a quick trip to White Salmon, Hood River, wineries, windsurfing, kiting, kayaking, mountain biking, fishing, hiking, skiing , Mt Hood, SUP, the list goes on. This is a second floor apartment over the detached garage, we live in the main house next door. The property is very secluded well off the road with no other houses nearby and borders the National Forest. Enjoy the spring fed pond in the front yard, a hike along the Sandy river, or a 15 min drive to ski resorts.
