Located in a residential area of the Georgian town of North Walsham, the cottage is ideally situated for accessing the vibrant city of Norwich, the beauty of the Norfolk Broads and the breathtaking North Norfolk coast line. Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

With a pretty outside area & your own , off road parking space , seconds from the award winning Georgian High Street of Holt , with its pubs , shops & eateries .By car the coast road takes you to famous Cley with its windmill or Blakeney Point where the seals live , & beyond . Perfect to explore the coast & country side . Keen bird watches may be exited to learn that Toby’s uncle was Eric Hosking !

Enjoy a relaxing stay half a mile from Cley Marshes (Norfolk Wildlife Trust) visitor centre and a mile from the sea. It is an ideal location for bird watchers, walkers and cyclists. This warm and comfortable well presented modern refurbished small annexe (one guest only) benefits from en-suite shower room, independent access, outside seating area/patio and secure parking on site. The Holt House is a beautiful, dog friendly holiday home in North Norfolk. It has recently been renovated to a very high standard. The stunning house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is in a quiet residential street a few minutes walk from the centre of Holt. It has it's own parking with additional on street parking available. The Holt House if perfectly situated for guests to enjoy short breaks or longer holidays. It's a short drive from the North Norfolk coast.

Close by is the beautiful Georgian town of Holt, the coastal town of Sheringham and Sheringham Park. We are located just off the North Norfolk coast road, very convenient for Blakeney, Cromer, Holkham and Wells Next the Sea. The perfect location for a stay in North Norfolk!
