TVs in each room, and 2 covered decks. Fish, or just sit out on the dock, watch the boats run by, and appreciate the lake. We rarely use the dock ourselves. 600’ from our public boat ramp with a park and small beach. Please also note that we do have cameras installed that monitor outside only.

Our little place is nestled in the Mill Creek community in Vance, SC, with boat access to Lake Marion about 100 yards from our driveway. The neighborhood is friendly, with golf carts meandering about, people fishing, boating, enjoying their gardens and the local campground and restaurant.
