The cottage is cosy with wood floors throughout & well equipped for your stay. The wood burner makes this the perfect retreat even in the winter. The cottage is completely fenced in & dog friendly (can't guarantee your dog won't get out depending on its size) . Supermarkets will deliver. The cottage has a selection of bicycles for your use.

A unique, close-to-nature bungalow on a private road between the sea and a large lake, next to the world-famous RSPB Snettisham bird reserve. Perfect for sailing, paddle boarding, cycling, walking or just relaxing on the nearby beach. The Beach House is clean, cosy, light and airy, it's comfortable but deliberately basic, running on solar power only, plus Calor gas for the water boiler and a wood fired stove for heat. No wifi but 4G usually strong. Power sockets suitable for phones and laptops.

We provide deck chairs, wind breaks, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and sugar. We share with guests all our toys and games, including buckets & spades, cricket, rounders, boules and more. Our favourite time is as the beach empties and the sun sets on another perfect day. No overnight stays. Dog friendly. Please leave the hut clean and tidy for the next guests.

Light and airy with views overlooking the adjacent common. 5 mins walk to the railway station (also with frequent bus service) and a further 5 mins to the beach. Good location for walking and bird watching. Situated between Cromer and Sheringham (2 delightful Victorian towns) each with their own golf course and many other attractions, each having a variety of shops. There is also a general store and post office in the village.
