Close to footpaths and bridle paths (200m) Walking distance to pubs, restaurants and shops. 5 minutes drive to cinema, leisure parks and retail units This is the perfect accommodation, if you are in York to enjoy a night out, or to explore the local sights and sounds.

Only a few mins walk from both the city walls and University, local amenities include a 24-hour Marks & Spencer, supermarkets, cafes, award-winning pubs, and the popular Barbican venue. This house has bags of character and is absolutely perfect for couples, friends, and single travellers visiting York for fun or work. Pear Tree Barn has been lovingly restored and converted as holiday accommodation during 2016. The old timbers have been retained but are not obtrusive, where the height of the interior allows the original A frame roof timbers add that necessary rustic charm to what is now a modern property. Due to the coronavirus, we are taking additional steps to clean and sanitise frequently touched surfaces between reservations.
