In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Unsere 80 qm Wohnung liegt in ruhiger Nachbarschaft, direkt unterhalb König Ludwigs II Märchenschloss Neuschwanstein und mit Blick auf das Schloss Hohenschwangau. In 15 Minuten seid ihr zu Fuß am Alpsee und am Aufstieg zu den Schlössern. Bei uns starten viele schöne Wanderungen/ Radtouren. Schwangau ist 2,6 km, Füssen 4,2 km entfernt.

Gemütliche Wohnung, Traumblick auf See und Berge

Aufwachen mit Blick auf Allgäuer Berge und Zugspitze, über der die Morgensonne den Himmel rot färbt. Frühstücken mit Blick auf den Weißensee. Am Nachmittag auf dem gemütlichen Sofa erholen von der Wanderung auf den zu Fuß erreichbaren Falkenstein, Deutschlands höchste Burgruine, vom Skiausflug ins nahe gelegene Tannheimer Tal, vom Besuch bei König Ludwig II auf Schloss Neuschwanstein oder vom Badetag am Weißensee, der mit klarem Alpenwasser in nur fünf Gehminuten Entfernung wartet. Unser Ferienhaus ist ein großzügiges, lichtdurchflutetes, freistehendes Architektenhaus mit einer großen Dachterrasse u. einen puristischen Garten in Hanglage. Auf der Dachterrasse bietet sich ein grandioser Rundblick in die Alpen und auf die Zugspitze. Unser Haus bietet Ihnen eine vollausgestattete Open-Space-Küche. Zur Entspannung ist eine Infrarot-Dampfkabine und ein Hottub zur kostenfreien Nutzung vorhanden. Das Haus ist klimafreundlich mit PV-Anlage, Batteriespeicher und Luftwärmepumpe.

Hier mitten in den Alpen und des Naturschutzgebietes Natura 2000 genießen Sie die Ruhe und Erholung mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Berge und auf einen idyllischen See. Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

At the edge of the medieval old town, immediately at the historical city wall, our 4-room-apartment is located on the third floor of a luxurios old town art nouveau villa, which is under monumental protection. The villa was completely renovated in 2015. The villa is in the heart of Füssen, just a stone´s throw from the old town and Füssen´s main station. The bus station to Schloss Neuschwanstein is only meters away.
