Built in 1929 as the garage for "Lakefalls Lodge, it's been completed renovated into a luxurious, cozy home with modern amenities. Guests rave about "views of the snowy pond while you’re warm inside" from heated floors and a wood burning stove with free firewood. Spikes provided for wonderful winter walks.

Welcome to our off-the-grid "Glamp Camp" at Sweetwater Farm! Tucked away on the back of our 40 acre farm, this one-room cabin sleeps 2 people comfortably. Outside you'll find a private fire pit & charcoal grill, a shared outdoor kitchen pavilion w/ gas grill (stocked with cooking supplies) & an outdoor bathroom w/ a real flushing toilet, sink and outdoor shower. My direct waterfront, year-round A-Frame cabin is 30 min to Mount Sunapee, 20 min to Crotched, and 15 min to Pat's Peak! It’s located on a small 32-acre pond near Franklin Pierce Lake with over 100 feet of waterfront. There is a 6 foot main dock to load kayaks, and a small fishing dock off to the side. The fishing on our pond gets rave reviews! The property sits on 1/3 of an acre, on a sloped hill. It's located between Keene and Concord, and nearby many great hiking and snowmobile trails

A quiet and beautiful updated second-floor apartment steps away from downtown Concord. The apartment is attached to a historic 1800’s New Englander home and has a fully renovated bathroom (as of 12/1/24!), full kitchen, one bedroom, a living/dining room with a pullout mattress with topper, plus two walk-in closets. Additionally, we provide air conditioning, high-speed internet, and Netflix for guests. The space is professionally cleaned AND linens are professionally laundered!
