The flat is 49 sq.m. with WiFi. The large bedroom has a 160cm bed, a fold-out bed, a desk, and a comfortable leather chair. In the living room, there is a fold-out sofa, a table for four and a 49" flat-screen TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The fully equipped kitchen has cookware and everything else you need for a homey stay. There is also a small TV with Netflix in the bedroom. Tram 42 stops 100m away and takes 10 min to the centre. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests.
