Enjoy early check-in, late check-out, and low cleaning fees at our one bedroom apartment located in our early 1900s home in Downtown Vancouver. A few blocks from the freeway with entrances to Hwy 14 and I-5, this is the perfect stop on a road trip or visit. Our home is located within walking distance to beautiful Downtown Vancouver, including bars, restaurants, shopping and New Seasons grocery store. PLEASE NOTE: this is a small unit in a historic home that has had few updates (see photos).

The Overlook neighborhood is one of Portland's hidden gems. Quiet, tree lined, yet only a few minutes from all the action Portland serves up. Walk or ride to meals, brewpubs or shopping in the Mississippi and Williams districts. Hop a train (three blocks away) to all quarters. Or, to unwind, walk to Overlook or Mocks Crest parks for sweeping views of downtown Portland, Forest Park and the Willamette River. A private entrance, as well as transit access to explore PDX (bus stop just outside your private gate), 4 grocers (1 organic), with quick access to downtown PDX via the St. Johns Bridge. The space is comfortable, very clean, fast WiFi, private laundry, smart TV, as well as many other amenities. Space for two, solo and business travelers.

Stay in our beautiful, light-filled, 2-story deluxe apartment perched .5 miles above NW 23rd Ave. and 2 doors down from Forest Park trails. Full kitchen, backyard with mountains and river view, gas fireplace and hi-speed WiFi make this the ideal retreat/work space.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
