The space comfortably sleeps 3, the pull out trundle bed can provide an additional full size single bed to fit a 4th person. However, this does compromise floor space and we feel this option would only suit a family with young children. The annex does not have a kitchen but tea and coffee making facilities, a toaster, mini fridge,microwave and outside BBQ

Situated a stone’s throw from the high street and short walk to the historic Pantiles, this property is located 50 yards from the common and within walking distance to several bars & restaurants. The station is also a 10 mins walk & High Rocks is a short drive away. The property has been newly refurbished & is a self-contained ground floor two-bedroom flat in a quiet one-way road, 100 yards from the old Opera House. This is a great place to base yourself and explore Royal Tunbridge Wells.

Wadhurst our nearest village has 2 small supermarkets, a fantastic butcher, deli, 2 pubs and takeaways.

Our renovated and extended 1920's cowshed. is a cosy retreat, 1 mile from the historic Pantiles of Tunbridge Wells and mainline station where London can be reached in around 50 minutes. It sits on the Kent and East Sussex border in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. With its wide range of eating places and shops, Tunbridge Wells is a great base from which to explore the beautiful Garden of England. The owners live alongside the Cowshed but respect your privacy.

Little Bank is a recently converted detached garage, with underfloor heating, private entrance, behind gates and with an en-suite shower room. Situated on the edge of the picturesque village of Speldhurst with its 13th century inn (The George and Dragon), this room is perfect for those in search of lovely dog walks and beautiful local countryside. Only a 10 minute drive into Royal Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge, there is also a superb shop in the village.
