The neighborhood offers access to bike path and canal. 3 bedroom 2 bath home just renovated and redecorated is waiting for you to make memories!! Includes a private deck and patio, BBQ, parking, Queen bed, kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster, and coffee bar. The suite does not have a separate bedroom. It is attached to the main house. Beach tags, chairs, and an umbrella are included.

It is a bright, sunny room with a vaulted ceiling, private entrance, off street parking and screened in porch for having your morning coffee. We live in the attached house, so we ask that you keep your activities to a respectful volume. The apartment can accommodate 4 people.
