Relax with the whole family at our rustic cabin tucked in the woods on wonderful Harstine Island. Located at Hartstene Pointe, staying at our cabin gets you access to all the community offers, including, the community pool, hot tub, club house/community center, ping pong, and billiard tables, basketball/pickle ball/tennis courts, kids playgrounds, BBQs at the beach, 3+ miles of beach, and 5 miles of walking trails. Please note the pool and hot tub are only open Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Come relax at Shadie Pines! You can sit back and enjoy the view of Puget Sound and Mount Rainier from the deck (or from in the hot tub!), listen to the birds sing and the seals barking, and say hello to the friendly neighborhood deer. The house is comfortably situated in the middle of the Hartstene Pointe gated community, which has a number of great amenities for you to enjoy. Our favorite features are the 5 miles of walking trails and beaches all around the point, the pool and pickleball!

With a pristine, beautiful beach less than half a mile away, and pool and hot tub access (late May through early Sept.), you're sure to find plenty to do (or not do) during your stay! There is something for everyone in the family with a community pool and hot tub (OPEN SUMMER MONTHS ONLY), club house/community center, billiard & ping pong tables, basketball/pickle ball/tennis courts, kids play structures, cooking facilities/barbeques at the beach, 3.5 miles of private beaches and 5 miles of walking trails.

Waterfront Cabin on the Sound

Looking for a quiet place to get away “glamp” - our special cabin is the place for you. The cabin is SMALL and cozy. It features a queen bed in upstairs sleeping loft as well as a couch that pulls out into a double size sleeper, covered kitchen & private hot shower located OUTSIDE. There's an easy-to-use Incenelet toilet. Someone will meet you to go over check-in when you arrive. We allow you to bring 2 dogs for a $50 fee each.
