The farm is now fully off Eskom power so load shedding is a distant memory.

Hilton Cottage is perfectly located in the heart of Hilton, just 500m away from the N3 highway. It is close to all local schools and shopping centers and prides itself in the forest walks which start right from the door. The property has remote gate access with secure parking directly outside the cottage. Pennygrove Cottage, 4 Sleeper Midlands getaway

A quaint 4 sleeper cottage with exquisite dam view... the perfect place to unwind and relax - ideal for a small family, or couple looking for a cozy Midlands break away. The main bedroom has a comfortable Queen-size bed, while the bunkbed in the lounge is always a hit for the kids! There's a fully equipped kitchen and a braai stand on the veranda. Lovely walks, Bass fishing and Kayaking available to keep you busy during the day, and a fire pit for those cold Midlands nights.

Penwarn Farm - Mthini Lodge

Mthini sleeps 8 adults and 3 children and is located 19km on the Bushmen's Nek Road, which is a gravel road, just outside of Underberg, South Africa. Mthini has four bedrooms which are divided into three King Bedrooms and one suite with two ¾ beds and day bed. All rooms have luxury en-suite bathrooms. There is also a full kitchen and a large open-plan living and dining area, with a fireplace, which opens to a patio with a firepit. Daily cleaning, linen and bath towels provided.
