Hemp is a carbon negative building material with numerous health benefits, and we're sure you'll enjoy sleeping in our comfortable, breathable, warm space. There's also a separate bathroom facility featuring a composting toilet—an eco-friendly choice that significantly reduces water use.

The Bay -1 bedroom apartment

The Bay is a stylish 1 bedroom apartment situated metres from the shore on the edge of Broadford Bay. It has an open plan fully equipped kitchen/living room which opens out onto a private decking area. The kitchen has a hob, oven & microwave, an under counter fridge with small icebox. Though annexed to the main house it has its own private entrance and parking. The bedroom has a king sized bed with luxurious linen bedding, the ensuite has a generous sized walk in rainfall shower..
