A cosy annexe just off the Hadrian's Wall path in Stanwix, Carlisle. You may wish to use nearby eateries or make yourself something in the kitchenette (small airfryer, microwave, fridge, hotplate, kettle and toaster provided) we welcome those who wish for a place to stay. A double bed and en suite shower awaits in fresh comfortable surroundings. Open to all but please be aware of access arrangements to the property -access up a lane. Free on street parking is available nearby (100m approx).

The cottage enjoys views over the River Eden and the Solway Firth, providing easy access to the Cumbrian Countryside, historic Carlisle, Hadrian's wall, and the Northern Lakes. Rockcliffe's village pub, the Crown & Thistle offers a traditional Cumbrian welcome with excellent local food. The village is on the Reivers cycle route

Mount Farm - Tom's Place, Detached Guest Suite

Welcome to Tom's place, a detached guest suite situated on our farm. We are dog friendly, and can accept one small dog in this accommodation at a small additional charge of £10. We have other accommodation available for more than one or larger dogs - please just ask. A complimentary continental breakfast is provided with your stay. Blackford is a peaceful place to stay, close by to the M6, Lake District, Borders and Hadrians Wall.
