A recently renovated ground floor studio flat with communal entrance situated in a quiet residential area, 7 minutes from the town centre. A perfect base for visiting Carlisle and the surrounding area, eg, The Lakes, Hadrians Wall. There is a double bed, 3 draw chests, sofa, TV and a dining table. The Kitchen has a microwave, cooker, toaster, kettle, washing machine and fridge/frezzer. The Bathroom has a toilet, sink and bath with shower. The flat is suitable for a couple or a single person.

A double bed and en suite shower awaits in fresh comfortable surroundings. Open to all but please be aware of access arrangements to the property -access up a lane. The Hide Lodge is a stylish space, designed with relaxing and retreating in mind. It is cosy and warm with underfloor heating. The open plan lounge and living area has full width bi-fold doors, which allows the space to be fully opened up to feel like part of the woodland beyond. The main bedroom boasts sliding french doors, also overlooking the woodland and stream, with a bath placed to enjoy this view. There is a private terrace and patio area to enjoy al-fresco dining or star-gazing.

An impressive one bedroomed cottage, situated in the heart of the village of Scotby, with the village shop and local pub literally on the doorstep. The cottage required total renovation and took almost a year to get everything perfect. Today it has all the charm and character of a 150 year cottage but with all the modern conveniences and luxuries. With uninterrupted views over the village green, it is perfect for walking, romantic getaways or simply for those just wanting to relax.

We are dog friendly! We are also child friendly! Ghyllie Cottage is a two bedroom, two bathroom cottage that is over 200 years old! Wetheral is just 3 miles from junction 42 on the M6 and the village has great amenities including a Village Shop and post office, Cafe, and a great pub just across the road! Wetheral Railway Station is a short walk from the cottage with regular trains to Carlisle and Newcastle. Easy access to Gretna Green, the Lake District, Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Gable Cottage is a recently renovated 2 Bedroom property in the village of Rockcliffe, 5 miles north of Carlisle, and 6 miles South of Gretna Green. The cottage enjoys views over the River Eden and the Solway Firth, providing easy access to the Cumbrian Countryside, historic Carlisle, Hadrian's wall, and the Northern Lakes. Rockcliffe's village pub, the Crown & Thistle offers a traditional Cumbrian welcome with excellent local food. The village is on the Reivers cycle route

Mount Farm - Tom's Place, Detached Guest Suite

Welcome to Tom's place, a detached guest suite situated on our farm. We are dog friendly, and can accept one small dog in this accommodation at a small additional charge of £10. We have other accommodation available for more than one or larger dogs - please just ask. A complimentary continental breakfast is provided with your stay. Blackford is a peaceful place to stay, close by to the M6, Lake District, Borders and Hadrians Wall.
