Edgewater Cabins

Edgewater is centrally located off of Route 1 (Schoodic Scenic By-way) in Sullivan Harbor. You can enjoy our beach and picnic tables on the wharf while surrounded by amazing views. You will find a tennis court just a short walk up our driveway. Nearby there are restaurants and dining, local hiking trails, and Acadia National Park. There are 2 other small cabins plus larger ones available that can accommodate families. In July and August there is a 7 night minimum stay from Sat. to Sat.

Relax, recharge, & escape here. A unique & peaceful guest house in the woods of Lamoine, Maine with large windows looking out to the woods. Close enough to Bar Harbor / Acadia National Park (45 minutes) but removed from the hustle & bustle. A 10-minute walk down a gravel road to a beach in Lamoine with distant views of Acadia National Park. Enjoy all weather with our new wood stove fireplace surrounded by large windows. SPECIAL: 10% discount for a 28+ day stay. This bright and cozy two-room TINY HOUSE was built in 2018 as a honeymoon suite. A full kitchen with cookware, dinnerware, coffee pot, microwave. A heat pump provides heating and cooling. Shaded picnic table and small propane grill. Two-night minimum with parking for one car only (no trucks/trailers). Ask about extra parking. One well-behaved dog is allowed, note $35 pet fee. No other pets or children. No TV, good wifi. 10pm quiet zone.

Living area has a smart tv (no cable, but internet available to access your streaming account). DVD's also available. Kitchenette comes with Keurig with k-cups included, mini fridge, coffee maker/filters, toaster oven, microwave, 2 burner hot plate (no oven), dishes/pots and pans. There is a loft with an army cot. Not suitable for children under age 5.
