Welcome to 6 Toms Yard! It’s a self contained one bedroom flat with a private bathroom on the ground floor of our home. There is a private outdoor patio with bistro table and chairs and free off road parking. 20 minute walk into the centre of St.Ives and 10 minute walk to the coastal path. There is unlimited free WIFi and smart TV. The kitchen there is a double hob and everything else you’ll need. At night enjoy a king size bed with super comfy Eve mattress. The sweeping coastal view from our town centre apartment is the same one described by Virginia Woolf in her novel To the Lighthouse, inspired by summers in St Ives: 'as far as the eye could see, fading in soft low pleats, the green sand dunes, running away into some moon country'. Quietly tucked away, the apartment is ideally situated for summer and winter breaks, and remote working. The harbour is a two minute stroll, Porthmeor and Porthminster beaches a short walk. Chy-an-Oula Studio - EV Charger - Private Parking

Luxury, Modern, Open plan studio for two adults and one infant. Parking, EV charger, double bed, sofa bed, Wi-Fi, televisions, mood lighting, kitchenette bar, patio. Painted in ultra low VOC, sustainable paint. Park 3 metres from the front door. Relax on the Emma Mattress bed or unwind on the sofa whilst watching 4K smart TV (both areas). Cool your drinks and ice cream in the fridge-freezer or mix a cocktail. For breakfast utilise the espresso machine, toaster, kettle and microwave.

The stunning, blue flag Carbis Bay beach is just a 10min walk down a leafy valley, while the quaint harbour town of St Ives is a 25min stroll along the Coastal path. Trevista Studio is a self-contained annexe to our home with access via its own private entrance. Enjoy panoramic sea views from your sitting room or private terrace.

No 2 Tom's Yard is a self contained studio/Flat in a peaceful location, 20 minutes walk from the town Centre and beaches. Perfect for couples. It is independent (only for you), with a king-size bed, a sofa bed, a travel cot, en suite shower, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, twin hob, microwave and wifi. Ideally situated to explore both the golden beaches and the surrounding area. We have a studio nearby and can offer screenprinting as an extra activity to your holiday.

The Crib - Private patio, parking and WiFi

The Crib sleeps 2 (double bed) & is a comfortable open plan space to relax and enjoy your trip to St Ives. We are in a quiet residential area, just 12 minutes walk downhill to St Ives centre, its fabulous art galleries such as ‘The Tate St Ives’, the many independent shops, bars, restaurants & all of St Ives 5 stunning beaches. We are a 2 minute walk to the world famous ‘Leach Pottery’. The South West coast path & Penwith Moors, both areas of outstanding natural beauty are close by.

Soak up all there is to offer in this cute stylish annexe minutes away from the stunning beaches of Carbis Bay and St Ives. West Barns annexe has mod cons such as a king size bed flat screen tv and it's own courtyard garden. Carbis Bay has to be one of the prettiest parts of Cornwall and on a glorious sunny day you could be mistaken for being abroad. Enjoy a day out exploring the many beautiful parts of Cornwall and come home to West Barns annexe to relax and unwind.

The Studio

The studio is a bright, airy self contained space with a mezzanine platform that provides the sleeping area, which is accessed via a ladder. There is an outside area for storage, drying wetsuits or simply chilling in the sun with a cold beer or cuppa tea. We are a 10 minute walk from the town centre where you'll find an amazing choice of funky shops, exciting fresh food restaurants, long coastal walks, Art galleries and of course...our world renowned beaches and surf breaks!!
