In our neighborhood, very close, there is a supermarket for anything you need to take!At the coastal road you will meet some of the most beautiful restaurants and cafes of the city!The house is ideal for families, couples and professionals!

Το σπιτικό της Δάφνης

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην περιοχή της Καλαμαριάς (20 λεπτά από το κέντρο με το λεωφορείο). Είναι στο ισόγειο και έχει μια ήσυχη αυλή που βλέπει σε ακάλυπτο. Υπάρχει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και μπάνιο με πλυντήριο για ρούχα, μεγάλο σαλόνι και δύο ευρύχωρα υπνοδωμάτια. Μπορεί άνετα να φιλοξενήσει 4 άτομα (ένα 2πλο κρεβάτι και 2 μονά). Η πολυκατοικία είναι μικρή και εγώ διαμένω δύο ορόφους πιο πάνω για ό,τι χρειαστείτε.

Μεζονέτα με αυλή και βεράντα.

Η μεζονέτα απέχει μόλις 100 μέτρα από την ακτή της Τορώνης. Η ανακαίνιση ολοκληρώθηκε τον Ιούνιο του 2024 συνδυάζοντας την μοντέρνα αισθητική με παραδοσιακά στοιχεία. Η θάλασσα της Τορώνης έχει μπλε σημαία και είναι διάσημη για τα πεντακάθαρα και γαλαζοπράσινα νερά της. Σε απόσταση λίγων μέτρων υπάρχει supermarket, εστιατόρια, beach bar. Το πάρκινγκ είναι ελεύθερο κοντά στο κατάλυμα και χωρίς ιδιαίτερη δυσκολία.
