It has its own entrance with a key-safe for convenience. It's set within the village of Ponsanooth, only 4.5 miles from the beaches of Falmouth, and is handy for exploring the area and all of Cornwall. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is here, including outside seating, BBQ & parking.

It contains everything you will need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Wi-fi & smart TV. Private parking to rear. No cleaning fees. The coastal footpath is just outside our front gate. You will never tire of the view; it will keep you spellbound.

There is free parking, access to a light and airy conservatory and a decked garden perfect for relaxing in the sun. Portreath beach is located 4 miles away, there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby as well as great travel links to the rest of Cornwall. There can be some noise from a recycling centre opposite

Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

A nineteenth century Cornish miner's cottage in the heart of Cornwall with lots of original features. The cottage is on a quiet lane overlooking Carn Marth hill, fields, tin mines and Bissoe coast-to-coast bike trail. There is a safe, secure private enclosed garden, sheltered courtyard and parking, including EV charging. The beach is a 10 minute drive away with excellent access to the north and south coasts. There are bike racks and racks for drying wetsuits after a day at the local beaches.

The Engine House

The Engine House is a Grade 2 listed conversion in the stunning development that is Perran Foundry. 10 minutes from Falmouth beach, and 10 minutes from Truro city. Nestled on the banks of the river Kenall, The Perran Foundry is a World heritage site that is over 200years old!. The Engine House as the name suggests was the beating heart of the foundry. The building has been brought back to life and now boasts contemporary spaces set into the fabric of the old foundry buildings.

We are 8 minutes' walk to our branch line station taking you to either Falmouth or Truro. Falmouth houses the university, galleries and plenty of places to eat. We are accessible to north and south coast beaches. Ideal for couples, single travellers, artists and those visiting family.
