The Orchard House

**A devastating freeze in October 2020 killed all 400 of our sweet cherry trees and many of our peach trees. Sadly, our orchard is not the lush green jewel it once was. We are planting new cherry trees in the Spring of 2022. While the orchard views have changed, the Orchard House continues to offer a very comfortable place to rest and recharge. Come enjoy fresh air and quiet whether you are stopping through on a road trip or staying longer for local adventure. Fast WiFi for telecommuting!

Our house, located in Downtown Gunnison, is the perfect base camp for your family vacation. The house is kid friendly. We are conveniently located one block from the free bus to Crested Butte. No need to have a car. You can easily walk to all the downtown restaurants, coffee shops and to the grocery store. We are also a few blocks away from Western Colorado University. The house was fully remodeled in 2017 and is very clean. No pets have been in the house since the remodel. Keyless entry!

Please ask about monthly rental. The Fairway Condominiums are located on the Dos Rios Golf Course just west of Gunnison, CO. This is a clean, spacious condo with two large bedrooms, two newly renovated bathrooms on an end unit with one car garage. Enjoy time exploring the area or grilling on the back patio. Gunnison is known for its rock climbing, endless biking, and hiking trails, beautiful star-filled nights, the golf course, floating on the river, fishing, and the Blue Mesa Reservoir.

Kitchen has a full size refrigerator & stove, pots, pans & dishes. Free washer & dryer available. Open living area has a day bed with trundle. Upstairs loft has a queen bed & queen futon. Backyard is fenced for children and/or dog(s) (dogs require permission). Private Gunnison River frontage is out the back gate. You can fish or relax & enjoy the view.

Central location perfectly suited for a basecamp to adventure in the Gunnison Valley. Among guest favorites is the full sized washer and dryer to freshen up from the day’s excursion. Cottonwood Cottage, one of the original Gunnison Ranch homes. Conveniently located three miles north of town and just off the walking trail:) Gunnison offers everything an outdoor person loves, hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing, you name it, it’s here and within minutes of enjoying. There are two bedrooms and one bath. The first bedroom has a king bed, the second has a full bunk bed, and the living room offers a pull-out couch. No Pets allowed. No Smoking of any kind.
