Cottage at NeedleRock

Stylish charm with lofted sleeping space up a ships ladder, boasts a new Queen Nectar Mattress. Up the ladder sleeping loft is only for the fit and adventurous. Must be comfortable on your knees because it’s a low headroom situation. There is a main level futon sofa sleeper too if need be. Lovely park like setting with outside firepit and charcoal Weber mini grill. Kitchenette is pretty well outfitted. Tiny Cottage has plenty of charm and comforts. Groovy wooden beads across bathroom door.

Centrally located in the Grand Valley, on the edge of a Redlands Mesa, sits our Southwestern adobe style house. An outside staircase takes you up to the tower guest room. There is ample parking and a culdesac. It's fisherman friendly with a turn around driveway to accommodate dories or rafts. The valley is known for its orchards, wineries and vineyards. Within a block radius there's 4 restaurants, hockey rink, city parks and 3 blocks to bus stop (free bus to Crested Butte), down town Gunnison and 6 blocks to Western State Colorado University.

An approximately 800 sq ft cabin. Comfortably sleeps 4, can sleep 5 adults; extra beds for children. Spectrum Internet & TV are provided. Kitchen has a full size refrigerator & stove, pots, pans & dishes. Free washer & dryer available. Open living area has a day bed with trundle. Upstairs loft has a queen bed & queen futon. Backyard is fenced for children and/or dog(s) (dogs require permission). Private Gunnison River frontage is out the back gate. You can fish or relax & enjoy the view.

Our petting zoo has 6 of the sweetest Nigerian Dwarf Goats, chickens, and the star of the show, BoMama our miniature donkey. Make a bonfire or visit a number of wineries, fishing holes, mountain hikes, snowboarding and skiing, boating, 4x4 trails, skydiving, scenic mountain towns, historical museums, national parks and more.

Glamping Tent in the valley at BASECAMP 550

Experience elevated camping in our glamping tents that accommodate two people and are situated among a few others at our eclectic campground in the valley between Ridgway and Ouray Colorado. These tents are cleverly designed with cozy fireplaces, a queen bed and some comforts from home. Our location offers mountain views and vast open skies for stargazing, as well as close proximity to the hot springs. Our heated bath house is a short 1 minute (or less) walk away from the tents.

Not to mention The Yurt's fire pit & charcoal grill for a camp cooking experience! Climate controlled with 3 infrared heaters & A/C mini-split.. No pets are allowed due to the yurts canvas construction.
