Situated at beginning of peninsula Verudela in Pula itself makes our little house even more attractive for a simple reason that this location and neighborhood is perfect. Offering a lot of restaurants, markets, very close to beaches and only 1,5 km from city center with tight bus connections, and despite this, our little house is in very quiet neighborhood. Robert and Vesna runs this place, and we are happy persons whose goal is your satisfaction. Our little house is ready for 2 + 1 persons, close to swimming pool which is free for use for all guests. Bedding, towels, kitchen utensils ... everything is included in the price. The nearest beach is only 400 m from Villa Carla. 17 km of beautiful beaches in the area, monuments and rich culture of the city, old town, and the amphitheater from the Roman era are just an additional guarantee that your vacation will be extraordinary. Simply, it has to be seen. And we are here to help you through every step in discovering the beauty of our city. What can you expect from our neighborhood? Well, there is a lot of restaurants and bars. You can rent bicycles, mopeds, cars, boats, etc. scuba diving, sports field, tennis, mini golf, wind surfing, and even boat that pulls the parachute, rides a small plane Boat trips: Venice, Islands Brijuni , Mali Losinj and Silba Road trip: Wine Road (wine tasting). Studio Solare is a stone cottage with big windows where you feel part of the nature. It might be small, but it has everything you need. Fully eqipped kitchen, coffe machine, TV with Netflix and WiFi, bathroom and sleeping area in the looft which is accessible by the staircase. There is also a big garden, outdoor sitting area and fee parking.

La nostra casa si trova in un borgo originario nelle immediate vicinanze all'ospedale di Cattinara, 5 minuti dall'università ed a 10 minuti dal centro (zona fornita da autobus n. 35). Nelle vicinanze si trova una bella pista ciclabile. La vicina autostrada vi porta sull'altipiano carsico triestino e in Slovenia. La nostra casetta è stata recentemente ristrutturata per ospitarvi ed accogliervi. E' adatta alle famiglie.
