After years of being an Airbnb guest in Nosara we found the perfect spot. Our house is located as close as you can get to beach while also being close to restaurants (but not too close where you get tourist congestion and noise). Everything in this house revolves around the oversized pool. You will be plunging in and out all day and have dinner beside its shimmering lights. The house is modern, clean and safe (gated and monitored by security). Everything you need for the perfect, easy stay!

The sound of surf permeates the air and the nearly private beach is a short stroll through the 100 meter protected maritime zone that protects the Nosara coastline from development.

Come visit us and stay in our bell tent by the beach. Fall asleep and wake to the sound of waves. We have a community outdoor kitchen, beautiful garden, indoor and outdoor shower, washing machine, a few steps from the beach. There is a beginners surf break directly in front and we have a few rental boards if you want to catch waves. We love animals and have some rescue dogs and a cat that live here at Rising Village. There is a tienda, organic market, and delicious restaurants all walkable.

Wake up and step onto the beach! This is a real, Costa Rican experience, including wildlife (which can start very early in the morning:). Enjoy meeting locals, playing in ocean waves, and seeing iguanas and howler monkeys. Villa Margarita is a place unlike any other. The bungalow style apartment sits on the oceanfront of a local Sámaran family’s long-time property. It is one of the few tree-covered areas on Playa Sámara. Glass doors open up to the beach with hammocks and lounge chairs.
