This fully air-conditioned unit consists of a large, open living room, two very comfortable bedrooms with king beds with en-suite bathrooms, an open loft with bunk beds (twin on top and queen on the bottom) and en-suite bath, full kitchen and beautiful porch overlooking the property. It is approximately 1,200 sq/ft in size.

It's near a luxurious hotel called "Hotel Punta Islita" which offers various services. Six large rooms, six bathrooms, a large and equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a big table, and private access to the beach. Also, a big pool next to a BBQ area. Two charming people take care of the house; they only speak Spanish and are called Yanan and Roxi.
