Cypress View River Barn is a cozy escape for 1-2 people. This guest house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. It features it's own private deck to enjoy the river view, complete with table, two chairs, a loveseat and a propane grill. The River Barn shares parking and river access with Cypress House. A cozy, convenient and peaceful spot on a working farm. This is a small apartment above separate garage with private entrance. Perfectly situated 5 minutes to Comfort, 25 to Kerrville, 25 to Fredericksburg & 20 to Boerne: Great for taking advantage of all the dining, shopping and attractions in the hill country. Also an especially good location for bicyclists & motorcyclists. One small house-trained dog that remains leashed while outdoors is welcome.

Cozy, 450 sf attached apartment outside New Braunfels - 4 mi. from Comal and historic district, 5 mi. from Guadalupe and Gruene, 11 mi. from Canyon Lake. Explore by day, then escape to a greenscaped acre home to sip wine in the hot tub. Kitchenette has toaster oven, microwave, and electric skillet (no stove). Apartment is small, bathroom is REALLY small (shower only), but we have a hot tub and everything you’d need to be comfortable.
