Located 10 miles off I-35 in the Hill Country where you can spend time tubing the river, playing at Schlitterbahn, antiquing in Gruene or the day in Austin or San Antonio, about an hour away. Canyon Lake and the Horseshoe on the Guadalupe are a 15 min drive away. Our property is neighboring one of the historical farmsteads in the area, founded in the 1880’s.
