The cozy cottage can accommodate 4 adults & 4 children with a queen size bed, a sleeper sofa in the living room, plus an overhead loft area with two full mattresses for the kids. These rentals come fully furnished with a private bathroom, linens for the downstairs, air conditioning, TV, and a kitchen with full appliances. The Studio Cabin sits inconspicuously on our 12 acre Hill Country property disguised as a hunters cabin. The covered deck has a gas grill, comfortable patio set and hot tub. A king sized bed occupies one end of the cabin as an efficient kitchenette resides in the opposite side. During our mild winters, you will enjoy the warmth and romantic atmosphere generated by the electric fireplace that sits opposite the bed. There is a smart tv with Roku and wifi as well.

Cottagecore Apartment - Hot Tub - Quiet, Country

Cozy, 450 sf attached apartment outside New Braunfels - 4 mi. from Comal and historic district, 5 mi. from Guadalupe and Gruene, 11 mi. from Canyon Lake. Explore by day, then escape to a greenscaped acre home. Relax in the hot tub or sip wine by the firepit. Kitchenette has toaster oven, microwave, and electric skillet (no stove). Apartment is small, bathroom is REALLY small (shower only), but we have everything you need to be comfortable.

Common space has a couch bed and bunk beds, the bedroom has a king size bed.
