I'm renting out my apartment whenever i'm on a trip myself! The apartment is classic, yet modern, located in the heart of Grünerløkka, which is one of the most popular areas in Oslo. Easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and public transportation. Walking distance to city centre. The apartment is 53 sqm, with high ceiling and classic details. There is one bedroom with a double bed (150cm). An extra bed (90 cm) can be added if needed. The apartment has a cozy backyard for sunny days!

Welcome to Grünerløkka! Many people’s favorite part of Oslo - a historic industrial area now home to trendy singles, young families, priests, poets and parks. Centrally located, my place is quiet, bright and secluded - just a few minutes away from hundreds of local cafes, restaurants, shops and bars. Take a stroll or break into a run along Akerselva river or in the expansive public parks nearby. Walk, bike, scooter, or ride the "trikk" to anywhere - or stay at home with a book in our backyard

Sjelden perle i midten av historisk strøk i Oslo. Leiligheten ligger i hjertet av det gamle Rodeløkka, nært populære Grünerløkka, og har en stor og vakker uteplass i første etasje. Gå til Markveien på fem minutter, til Botanisk hage, til Tøyenbadet, eller ta en sykkeltur til Barcode. Alt i umiddelbar nærhet. Leiligheten ligger på bakkeplan og er omsluttet av en vakker park, uten tettliggende bilvei. Området er både stille, grønt og privat.

Leiligheten ligger i en gammel mursteinsbygård i hjertet av Grünerløkka, men den ligger i en rolig gate med soverom mot bakgården. Leiligheten har balkong og en koselig peis på kjøkkenet. Jeg bor selv i leiligheten når den ikke leies ut, så det vil være noen private gjenstander der. Det er ingen aircondition i leiligheten, men naturlig ventilasjon. Sengen er 150 cm bred, rent sengetøy blir lagt frem på sengen, men legges på selv.

Velkommen til vår sjarmerende leilighet på Grünerløkka. Leiligheten ligger i andre etasje i en liten bygård fra 1875. Mange orginale detaljer er bevart. Leiligheten har stor stue med alt man trenger. Soverom med 160 seng med utgang til stor balkong. Fullt utstyrt kjøkken med vaskemaskin og oppvaskmaskin. Badet er stemningsfylt og hyggelig med et over 100 år gammelt badekar.
